What are the responsibilities and job description for the E-Filing Specialist position at First Legal Network LLC?
Position Summary:
The E-Filing Specialist assists clients in electronically preparing documents to submit filings through the Court's eFiling portal. They also provide daily updates to the client regarding their filing with the portal.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review documents from Clients and electronically prepare them as required by the Court.
- Submit filings through the Court’s eFiling Portal timely and correct per the Court’s requirement.
- Provide clients with status updates, confirmed copies, and rejection information.
- Answer calls and emails regarding general questions about the eFiling process or specific job
- Provide excellent Customer Service internally and externally with coworkers and Clients alike.
Job Qualifications:
- High School Diploma; college courses a plus
- Computer and Data Entry skills
- Demonstrated speed and accuracy of work
- Working knowledge of computers, or a demonstrated technical aptitude and ability to learn and adopt new applications
- Comprehension and ability to execute specific instruction.
Schedule/Location:
- Full-Time - Monday-Friday 10:30am-7pm
- Remote - CA, AZ, NV, TX, IL, FL, NY
