Position Summary:
The Investigation Sales and Service Coordinator is responsible for reading and responding timely to all inbound ServeManager Boards, emailed and telephoned sales opportunities presented to FLI. This position requires an individual to be skilled at reading and listening to issues specific to problematic service of process assignments, identifying broader client relationship/business growth opportunities stemming from patterns observed within individual inbound leads, contacting and engaging with clients to provide an investigative solution and budget, enter the assignment details into our case management system, and assign and brief the assignment to FLI operational heads.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Investigation Sales and Service Coordinator is responsible for emailing a memorialization letter to the client clearly stating our scope of work and fee agreement and thereafter enter the assignment details into our case management system and then assign each assignment to an FLI operational head with a proper briefing on the issue at hand and their relative budget in which to perform the assignment.
- Sending our clients a scope and fee letter
- A commitment to excellence and to making a difference; results-driven, improvement focused, and action-oriented self-starter who can handle various responsibilities simultaneously and proactively and continually look for a better way of doing things
- Attend industry-related functions to explore networking opportunities and gain enhanced product knowledge
- Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reports as directed by EVP of Sales and Regional Manager
- Valid Driver's license and clean driving record (3 points or less)
- Valid Auto Insurance - checked quarterly
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service, sales and operations in the legal support profession
- Commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making
- Maintain client and operational team confidence by clearly and concisely understanding the client’s investigative needs, determining, and presenting relative budget to client for agreement and thereafter conveying investigative instructions and budget to the appropriate operational team member
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with clients and operational team members
- Competency in Microsoft applications including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Schedule/Location:
- Remote - CA, NV, AZ
- Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
