What are the responsibilities and job description for the NetSuite Administrator position at First Legal Network LLC?
Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive NetSuite Administrator to support the implementation of a new NetSuite ERP environment that is
currently ongoing, as well as to manage and optimize the system post-implementation. The ideal candidate will ensure the system operates efficiently to support key business processes, maintain data integrity, and provide user support and training.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, business administration, or a related field
- 3 years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Administrator
- Proficiency in NetSuite configuration, customization, and data management
- Strong understanding of business processes in areas such as finance, sales, and operations
- Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties:
- Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls within NetSuite
- Oversee system configurations and ensure alignment with business requirements
- Implement and tailor NetSuite modules, workflows, and scripts to meet organizational needs
- Develop and maintain custom records, fields, forms, and dashboards
- Effectively meet key performance metrics
Schedule/Location:
- Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
- Remote - NV
