What are the responsibilities and job description for the Records Production Specialist position at First Legal Network LLC?
Position Summary:
The primary duties and responsibilities will be to perform all outgoing scanning, printing and other production tasks as assigned by the office management team. Will also provide general office support as needed and assigned.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receiving, logging and uploading documents/digital files into our system.
- Custom Records enhancement that includes Bates Stamping, OCRing.
- Handling media which includes CD-ROMs, color copies, X-Rays, MRIs, Audio/Video, Blueprints and Oversize documents.
- Establishing and maintaining quality control to ensure work accuracy.
- Coordinating and preparing records for duplication and/or printing, including electronic file conversion and file upload.
- Help with digital prepress (printing from electronic files to various digital print devices)
Job Qualifications:
- Strong and effective communication skills, both verbal and written; the presence, confidence, and communication skills to effectively represent the company.
- Demonstrated speed and accuracy of work
- Working knowledge of computers, or a demonstrated technical aptitude and an ability to quickly learn new systems
- High School Diploma or equivalent educational achievement is required
Schedule/Location:
- Hours: Monday-Friday 12:00PM-8:30PM
- Hybrid - Los Angeles, CA (In office 2-3x a week)
