What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Caregiver Needed Sundays 7am-7pm l Medway, MA position at First Light Home Care?

We are searching for compassionate in-home caregivers to join our team that can offer quality companion and skilled personal care services for our clients, giving them the peace-of-mind that they'll get the help they need. We are proud to be one of the highest rated home care agencies in the Boston Area.

We’re currently looking for a caregiver who can work continuous Sundays from 7am-7pm in Medway, MA. Previous experience is a plus

20.00 per hour

Caregiver responsibilities include but are not limited to :

Assist with ADL's and IADL's
Hands on Care
Personal Care
Experience with fall risk
Companionship
Meal Prep
Incontinence Care
Assist with toileting
dressing for bed
wheelchair to and from dinner
companionship / activities
meds
Hoyer Lift Experience

The ideal candidate will have :

Previous caregiving experience (preferred)

A passion for caregiving and a desire to help others

A commitment to being present and providing quality care

Empathy, patience, kindness and respect

Ability to carry out direction, both verbal and written

Ability to effectively manage the demands of the job
