Job Summary
We are seeking someone that is accountable, has time management, hard-working and compassionate.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
- Utilize phone systems to manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
- Maintain organized records.
- Help do intakes with new clients
- Organize donations and be able to use Google Sheets for Inventory.
- Implement time management strategies to prioritize tasks effectively.
Qualifications
- Previous experience with social services is preferred but not required.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Effective time management abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
- Bilingual is not required, but preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
