- As a Resort Recreation Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- You will also be involved in maintaining our Recreation Areas, ensuring that they are clean, safe, and inviting.
- In addition, you will participate in departmental strategy discussions, helping to shape our business goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Prior customer service experience is essential for this role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
- You must be able to work independently, establishing priorities and proceeding with objectives without supervision.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; relevant college coursework or certification may be an asset.
Benefits
- We offer a competitive salary range of $17.50 - $17.50 hourly.
- Fully-paid room and board available for fixed weekly cost both Onsite and Offsite.
