We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Rush Creek Lodge. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of housekeepers and ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
About the Position
This is a full-time position available immediately, with regular work schedule and specific days off established. Room and board are available for a fixed weekly cost, both on-site and off-site. The successful candidate will have prior supervisory experience and be able to work safely to avoid injuries and accidents. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional guest service and hospitality
* Train and motivate housekeeping staff
* Assist with managing schedules and time off requests
* Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned and ready for all functions and deadlines
* Work safely to avoid injuries and accidents
Supervisory Responsibilities
* To take necessary steps to ensure excellent guest service and hospitality
* To respond immediately to any unsafe condition
Benefits

The physical environment requires frequent walking, twisting, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, sitting, and climbing stairs. You will be working both inside and outside in various weather conditions.
