Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Main Responsibilities:
- Provide warm and genuine hospitality to guests, addressing their needs and exceeding their expectations.
- Assist with daily tasks such as stocking shelves, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Support interns in the Internship Program, helping them succeed in their work and at the Lodge.
Requirements
- Prior retail or similar experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong visual/spatial organization skills
- Ability to work safely and address any observed unsafe conditions or maintenance concerns
Work Environment and Physical Demands
This role requires frequent walking, standing, and moving continuously in various weather conditions. You will be working both inside and outside, with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds and moving carts weighing 300 pounds.
