About the Role
The Mitigation Project Manager is responsible for the sale, planning, and execution of water and fire mitigation jobs, mold remediation projects, and other restorative work (e.g., carpet cleaning, hoarder jobs). This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and manage mitigation technicians, ensuring job accountability and performance.
- Maintain job site safety, compliance, and quality standards, including proper use of PPE.
- Write accurate job estimates using Xactimate and ensure projects adhere to service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Manage accounts receivable, ensuring payments are collected within 30 days.
- Work closely with the STR team to convert eligible leads into repair projects.
- Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs), including lead conversion, job margins, and Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
- Provide cross-division support during high-volume periods, such as CAT events or mobilizations.
