We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated JavaScript Developer with expertise in real estate valuation reporting to join our team and work on innovative projects within the Real Estate Industry.

The project and your role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated JavaScript Developer with expertise in real estate valuation reporting to join our team and work on innovative projects within the Real Estate Industry.
Your responsibilities:
- Create and maintain templates for valuation approaches and final reports, automating calculations and document formatting.
- Participate in designing and implementing web service integrations to enable smooth data exchange between the platform and Office tools.
- Take part in building and maintaining Office Add-ins to extend functionality in Word and Excel.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver user-friendly solutions.
- Test, debug, and optimize applications to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Proven experience in JavaScript development, particularly in building reporting and data-driven solutions.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing templates for Excel and Word to handle complex calculations and document generation.
- Strong understanding of web service integration and API development.
- Experience working with Office Add-ins to enhance functionality in Word and Excel.
- Experience in Office Scripts, Power Automate, Power Query and Power Apps.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to translate functional requirements (customer) to technical requirements (developers).
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript.
- Experience with creating and customizing templates for Excel and Word, including advanced table calculations and document generation.
- Familiarity with commercial real estate valuation principles and methodologies.
- Knowledge of RESTful web services for data integration.
- Experience developing Office Add-ins (Excel and Word).
- Familiarity with frameworks/libraries such as Node.js, React, or Angular for web application development.
