We are seeking an experienced and motivated Salesperson to join our organization as a Sales Director. This role plays a crucial part in securing new business, maintaining clients, and communicating with various Operations teams.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving their territory's new revenue sales goal by identifying and developing new logos, as well as upselling existing clients' book of business. They must also meet or exceed other performance goals set by our VP, Strategic Partnership's Sales plan, as well as personal goals.
The Sales Director will input all sales and account information into the company CRM program on a weekly basis; providing detailed information to achieve Sales plan success, manager knowledge, and other information shared across business units.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• 3-5 years Workers' Compensation and/or Auto Injury Industry experience
• Managed Care, PPO, Medical Bill Review, or Nurse Case Management Sales experience (Preferred)
