As a Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and securing new business opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and develop new logos, while also upselling existing clients' book of business.
Key aspects of this role include:
- Inputting sales and account information into the company CRM program on a weekly basis
- Meeting or exceeding performance goals set by our VP, Strategic Partnership's Sales plan, as well as personal goals
- Developing strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• 3-5 years Workers' Compensation and/or Auto Injury Industry experience
• Managed Care, PPO, Medical Bill Review, or Nurse Case Management Sales experience (Preferred)
Preferred Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
