We specialize in creating customized digital stories that are both data-driven and beautifully crafted. Our approach is all about making a brand’s narrative shine in a way that resonates with its audience!

We’re looking for a Creative Strategist to join our team (remote OK!). The ideal candidate has past success in the direct-to-consumer space, ideally with CPG and UGC.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Gather and blend insights from Facebook Ads Manager to understand what the numbers are telling us, to create engaging content that will resonate with the right audience and make a positive impact on the client
  • Strategize: Dive into the data and understand our customers’ behavior across social media! By analyzing their behavior, we can fine-tune our videos and keep improving them, ensuring we hit our goals and provide great results across various metrics.
  • Creative Storytelling: Create fun and innovative ideas for your video concepts! Think about how to tell a compelling story about your product that speaks directly to your audience. Focus on what works and let go of anything that doesn’t resonate.
  • Project management: Collaborate with a fantastic team of directors, editors, and producers across various brands and clients. Juggle multiple projects, balancing five concepts in pre-production alongside six others in post-production
  • Win: Empower yourself to make thoughtful choices that inspire your audience and transform them into loyal customers

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a strongly related field or equivalent experience
  • 2 years’ experience using Facebook Ads Manager
  • A portfolio of digital content you have helped create (or created yourself) and the ability to talk about the strategy that informed each piece in the portfolio
  • 3 years’ experience in Entertainment marketing, advertising, or content creation
  • 3 years’ of experience as a creative builder and maker of stories
  • A strong blend of exceptional conceptual and copywriting skills
  • The ability to integrate concise copywriting with visual storytelling in a single format
  • Paid social or direct response work examples, especially in the entertainment space
  • A passion for Facebook and Instagram is essential, and having expertise in YouTube is a plus
  • A talent for bringing ideas to life, whether it's on a whiteboard, during a big stage presentation, or through polished final content
