Key Responsibilities:
- Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility for DME.
- Process and place orders based on verified insurance and patient needs.
- Submit completed orders to the billing team for processing.
- Maintain accurate patient and order records in company systems.
- Communicate with insurance providers, suppliers, and patients to resolve issues.
- Support office operations by ensuring efficient workflow and policy adherence.
Qualifications:
- Experience in insurance verification, medical billing, or DME preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and insurance procedures.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients and insurance companies.
