Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Perform and/or review daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations and general ledger transactions for assigned companies on various balance sheet accounts.
- Assist the Accounting Managers with questions and research related to month end analysis.
- Assist with quarterly and annual SEC filings, including 10-Q and 10-K and earnings release as assigned.
- Assist with weekly, quarterly, and annual regulatory filings, including FR 2644, FR 2900, and call report.
- Participate in high-level projects, including but not limited to stock compensation, mortgage sub servicer accounting, fixed asset accounting, and investment accounting.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related.
- A minimum of four (4) years of accounting or related experience in banking or other financial services industry.
