Teacher/ Teacher aide

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teacher's and Teacher's Aide to support our classroom environment and assist in the educational development of our students. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and experience working with ages 6 weeks- 5 years . This role is crucial in fostering a nurturing and engaging atmosphere where children can thrive academically and socially.

Duties

• Implementing daily lesson plans and educational activities.
• Support students in their learning by providing individualized attention and encouragement.
• Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Facilitate literacy education through engaging activities that promote reading and writing skills.
• Collaborate with the teacher to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom setting.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding student progress and needs.
• Participate in training sessions related to Montessori methods and early childhood education practices.
• Assist in organizing classroom materials and resources for effective learning experiences.

Skills

• Experience working with students in a daycare or educational setting, particularly in early childhood education.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Knowledge of classroom management techniques to maintain an orderly learning environment.
• Ability to educate children on various subjects while fostering their social-emotional development.
• A genuine love for teaching and nurturing young minds.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,400.00 - $2,800.00 per month
