What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chief Lending Officer position at First National Bank and Trust - Phillipsburg?
The Chief Lending Officer will lead a team of lenders, grow the loan portfolio in a safe and sound manner, retain, recruit and develop lending personnel, optimize loan processes and maintain lending policies and procedures. The CLO is responsible for setting and achieving profitable loan growth goals in collaboration with the President/CEO, ensuring all policies and procedures are followed, appropriate staffing levels are maintained, and all lenders are trained and continually developed. The CLO will ensure compliance with all state, local and regulatory requirements and agencies. The CLO will work with Loan Operations to create Board and management reports pertaining to lenders and the status of the loan portfolio.
