The incumbent is primarily responsible for communicating with customers through Video Teller sessions and telephone. The incumbent researches and resolves issues or concerns related to Bank products or services to ensure complete customer satisfaction. This includes:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Providing accurate information about Bank products and services.
- Maintaining customer confidentiality and adhering to Bank policies and procedures.
