Mortgage Loan Processor - LOOKING FOR BILINGUAL APPLICANTS ONLY

Summary:

Job Requirements:

· Must stay up to date with real estate regulations and laws

Specific Job Functions:

· Enter Mortgage application into Calyx Path and pull credit report

· Following the Real Estate Worksheet, finish completing a mortgage file in Calyx

· Enter all data from the real estate worksheet, run QM and ensure it is safe harbor

· Pull flood on ALL loans

· Prepare initial disclosures in a timely manner- 3 days after receiving application

· Order Necessary documents pertaining to each file (Title/Appraisal/Survey Etc.)

· Communicate and follow up with Title Company and Appraiser constantly throughout process- Send everything to lender for approval as received

· When all necessary documents are received, schedule closing with all necessary parties

· Prepare closing instructions to send to Title Company and Attorney preparing documents for closing

· Send insurance request to insurance provider to obtain copy of insurance (must have our mortgagee clause)

· Prepare 3 DAY closing disclosure and provide to borrowers at least 3 DAYS prior to closing

· Once legal documents have been received, send to lender to review

· Balanced final Closing Disclosure with title company and notify borrowers

· Prepare final disclosures and send to the Title Company

· Prepare cashier check or send wire for funding prior to closing

· Once closing package has been received, send loan to loan department to book on system, then activate mortgage loan

· Complete HMDA screen for every 1-4 family loans

· Scan all files into the files in process and label accordingly to send to Pat Davis for scanning

Daily/Weekly Duties

· Current Mortgage Files in Processing/Closing

Monthly Duties

· Clear GL Receivables for any transactions run throughout the process

Yearly

· Complete Annual ABA Training

· Any other training pertaining to Mortgage Processing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
