Role Overview:

Timely complete all assigned duties with due care and accuracy

Are you someone who can:

• Track and improve product specific financial & non-financial performance indicators.
• Monitoring and analyzing product success.
• Lead the creation and enhancement of transactional banking products to meet evolving customer demands.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive offerings.
• Work closely with pricing, sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure successful products and continuous improvement.
• Identify and manage product risks, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Implement robust security protocols to protect against fraud and cyber threats.
• Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that products deliver exceptional value and meet customer expectation
• Think strategically, sound financial acumen and presentation/communication skills.
• Provide structure by being meticulous and well organized.

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

• Have a Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Economics.
• A post-grad qualification in the above field will serve as an added advantage.
• Have 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar environment of which 3 must be at management level.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, or similar.
• Familiarity with banking regulations, risk frameworks, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive and adaptable to changing environments and technologies.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
