QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Accurate and detail oriented
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Dependable and well-organized
- Strong customer orientation and a positive attitude
- Computer literate especially with Microsoft Word and Excel
- High school or equivalent
- One-year related work experience
- Typing ability of 35 wpm
- Ability to cross-sell Bank products and services
DESIRED:
- Previous bank experience
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Bilingual
FUNCTION:
- Operates a teller's window to provide customers with service on a variety of transactions. Assists less experienced tellers in handling complex paying and receiving transactions.
