**Key Responsibilities:**
* Accurately enter, update, and maintain large amounts of employee data
* Generate and analyze reports for HR, payroll, management, and organizational distribution
* Regularly audit records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in HR operations
* Maintain the organization of the file room
**Requirements:**
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* At least 18 years of age
* Two years' experience in a data entry/reporting role
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis formulas
