We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Employee Data Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of employee data in our HRIS system. This includes generating and analyzing reports for various stakeholders within the organization.
**Responsibilities:**
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee files
* Ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of employee data
* Generating reports for HR, payroll, management, and organizational distribution
* Providing excellent customer service to employees and management
**Requirements:**
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* At least 18 years of age
* Two years' experience in a data entry/reporting role
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other software applications
