The Administrative Assistant assists Bank officers in providing clerical assistance and supporting both lending and operations areas. This role requires strict confidentiality when dealing with customer and employee information.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Two-year certificate from college or technical school preferred.
- Three years related experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Computer proficiency, including experience using Microsoft Office products.

**Responsibilities and Expectations**
- Prepare Bank and Central Loan Committee agendas according to standards and complete as scheduled.
- Prepare reports, complete account reconcilements accurately and timely per schedule as applicable.
- Complete correspondence, bank meeting minutes, and other assigned projects prior to set deadlines.
- Coordinate branch open houses, longevity celebrations, and other branch activities as assigned.
- Backup various functions within the bank, setting up meetings, ordering bank supplies for all locations as well as specific branch supplies.
- Maintain cash drawer under prescribed limits and balance teller cash drawer within 15 minutes.
- Greet and acknowledge customers, directing them to proper personnel to satisfy their needs.
- Attend all required meetings in a timely manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
