We are currently seeking a Relationship Banker, preferably one who is fluent in both English and Spanish to work at our branches in Osceola. The Relationship Banker will provide personalized banking services to current and prospective customers by consistently developing relationships and delivering excellent customer service by processing transactions for customers hand helping them find ways to simplify their banking. Responsibilities will include:
- Providing an optimal customer experience by processing and reconciling daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals and transfers.
- Answering and resolving customer questions regarding account activity and account maintenance requests.
- Helping with opening and closing procedures, and day-to-day operational and administrative duties.
- Assist customers with the opening of new personal deposit accounts and maintain a working knowledge of business accounts, IRAs, HSAs, and other services.
- Assuring the confidentiality of all customer information and adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.
- Referring clients to other departments as needed to ensure their banking and financial needs are met.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate's degree preferred.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
- Previous cash handling experience required.
- Previous customer service experience required, preferably in a banking environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to resolve problems and deal with challenging customer situations.
- Strong reading, writing, and basic math skills, including accuracy and attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use MS Office.
- Able to work independently and on-site in a team environment.
- Must be able to multitask and work under some pressure.
