SUMMARY
Provide support to Correspondent Lending Officer(s) by handling numerous duties that provide the lending officers additional time to grow the regional loan portfolio.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist Correspondent Lending Officer(s) in the day-to-day administration of their loan portfolio.
- Responsible for getting renewals & loan modifications approved by FNBB loan committees. This includes but is not limited to uploading proposed loan terms and collateral into FNBB’s loan origination system. Assisting FNBB credit analysts on obtaining financial information from customer banks needed to underwrite new loan requests and renewals and overseeing the credit through loan committee for approval and booking.
- Provide reporting on the loan portfolio to the Regional President as needed.
- Work with Loan Operation staff on booking of all loans.
- Provide assistance to Loan Operations on Loan Exception Tracking.
- Work with the Correspondent Lending Officer, Regional President and Chief Credit Officer on the approval and administration of fed funds lines.
- Provide assistance to Loan Operations on problem resolution.
- Preparing commitment letters to lead banks/borrowers once approval has been received from FNBB loan committee.
- Assist FNBB Loan Operations with reconciling payment or other administrative issues that might occur post-closing of a loan.
- Review and approve draw requests on commercial construction loans.
- Other duties as assigned.
