Position Title: Managing Executive Director of Sales and Service Group
Business Unit: WM - FNTC
Reports to: President & CEO Wealth Management
Position Overview:
This position is primarily responsible for exercising oversight for all Strategic and Tactical Sales and Service initiatives, initiatives within all Markets. Evaluating and accessing the effectiveness and consistency of the execution, talent, and skill set of the staff and providing guidance and best practices to achieve assigned goals.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develops, communicates and evaluates the Sales and Service initiatives to optimize the achievement of Sales and Service goals.
Develops the appropriate recruiting efforts to maintain the required staff and expertise to sustain a competitive Market position.
Monitors and evaluates Sales and Service activities, results and provides guidance on potential opportunities for improvement.
Develops overall strategy to improve sales integration opportunities and a reliable source of sales opportunity externally.
Conducts regular Sales and Service meetings with Market Executives to review and evaluate the effectiveness of Sales and Service strategies.
Collaborates with members of the Executive Leadership Team on matters requiring joint oversight and validates consistent alignment and execution of various Business Unit solutions.
Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
