What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Registration Coordinator position at First Nations Community HealthSource?
Under the general supervision of the Front Desk Supervisor, the Patient Registration Coordinator is responsible for performing and coordinating administrative tasks (e.g., answering phone calls, scheduling patient appointments, calling patients to remind them of their appointments, etc.) and collection activities (e.g., collecting payments, billing, utilizing overall clinic software, etc.). The Patient Registration must work with all clinic staff and assist in the daily administrative and billing operations of the clinic. The Patient Registration Coordinator must work well with patients from diverse cultural backgrounds. The Patient Registration Coordinator will utilize FNCH computer systems for tracking and data collection. Bilingual/Spanish required.
