Position duties include
- Manage and schedule your visits. You'll travel around the area to provide 1:1 nursing services to patients in their home
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to help provide the best care possible to our patients
Qualifications
Qualified applicants need a valid Minnesota LPN license and interest in visiting patients in their homes in the Bemidji area. This position is well suited to an individual that enjoys direct patient contact, supporting a dedicated care team doing good in our communities.
