Position Duties Include:
- Be the first point of contact for employees, clients, and visitors.
- Answer incoming calls to the office, greet visitors, and answer general questions from clients and staff.
- Schedule clients for appointments and perform appointment reminder calls.
- Insurance verification
- Provide support to administrative and clinical staff on a regular basis.
- Data entry into our electronic medical record (EMR) and other software applications.
Qualifications
Qualified applicants will be comfortable training small groups of people while keeping them engaged. Applicants should have the ability to think quickly, problem solve, and comfortable making phone calls to other agencies, referral sources, and clinics.
