RN Case Manager

We are First Nations Home Health, and Good, is what we do! Now hiring a Deer River based Nurse Case Manager focused on providing clinical supervision to our caregivers ensuring exceptional care for our valued clients.

Qualified applicants need a valid MN Registered Nurse license and interest in visiting patients in their homes in the Deer River and surrounding area including Cass Lake. This position is well suited to an individual that enjoys direct patient contact, supporting a dedicated care team doing good in our communities.
