Description : GENERAL OVERVIEW
The incumbent works under the direct supervision of the Manager of IT. The incumbent must have excellent organization skills, attention to details, ability to follow written instructions and documentation, and good problem-solving ability. The incumbent will also be expected to attend job-related seminars, conferences and training classes at the discretion of the Manager of IT and CIO. Will participate in on-call responsibilities for the purpose of maintaining security and system uptime.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Servers
- Assist in the testing, diagnostics and specifications of servers and software.
- Assist with performance monitoring and tracking.
- Assist with maintaining virtual hosts and servers as needed.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be capable of adding, removing, and altering hardware devices and their respective power and data cables. Said hardware may be located on or above ceilings, and at or below floor level.
