What Youll Do
As a Branch Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the branchs business. This includes marketing and sales activities, budget projections, coaching and training of branch employees, quality of service, operations, audit integrity, and facilities and risk management.
Responsibilities Include
- Reinforce sales management process by conducting monthly sales meetings.
- Establish sales goals for each branch sales team member.
- Assign and review team members goals.
- Track and report progress towards achieving sales goals. Ensure quality and integrity of the sales process.
- Identify and refer prospective customers to specialized area departments within the Bank, Real Estate, Asset and Trust, Investment & Brokerage and SBA.
- Business development of market area through proactive sales calls and networking.
- Responsible for insuring that all customer issues are resolved in a timely manner as per customer service standards.
- Encourage branch staff and sales team to promote customer knowledge of alternative delivery channels, (Cash Management, Online Banking, Telebank, etc.)
- Ensure branch merchandising and marketing materials are current.
- Work with commercial lenders to identify potential in the existing branch customer base and the local community.
- Comply with all applicable Banking compliance rules and regulations established by both internal departments and external agencies.
- Support branch in handling complex customer inquiries and relationships including all new accounts., etc.
- Maintain operational integrity and mitigate risk of the branch through best practices, staff training and development.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or University; or
- At least 5 years of financial services or related experience with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience and proficiency in sales management, including planning, goal setting, tracking, reporting, and selling
- Notary Required or obtained within 6 months of accepting position
- Management experience commensurate with size of assigned branch
- Willingness to transfer or relocate based on business need is required

Pay Range (Salary): $70,000.00-$75,000.00
