What You'll Do
The Loan Servicing Specialist is primarily responsible for processing high volume commercial and mortgage loans and ensuring the successful delivery of the loan related services quickly, accurately, courteously and in a confidential manner. Tasks include but are not limited to: processing and funding loans with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, processing all loan payments and payoffs for active, charged-off, and non-accrual loans, and reconciling general ledger accounts daily.
Primary Responsibilities
- Board loans and lines of credit to the Banks loan accounting system
- Performs callback process on loans/lines boarded as back up
- Reconciles daily General Ledger accounts including: Loans in Process, Suspense and Escrow
- Process payments, payoffs, construction draws, charge offs, recoveries and non-accruals
- Handle phone call inquiries in regard to loan payments and advances
- Assist co-workers in completing daily workload when necessary to ensure all closing deadlines are me
- Provide high level of customer service to both internal and external customers
- Perform basic functions as needed daily such as file maintenance, organize and maintain files\
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or the equivalent required
- Loan Servicing experience or other directly related experience a plus
- Advanced skills in personal computer operation and proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel, Fiserv ITI software
- Advanced math skills ability to calculate interest, percentages, ratios and locate routine mathematical errors

Pay Range (Hourly): $20-$25/hour
