We are a national emergency response restoration and general contractor specializing in the return of compromised property to its pre-loss condition. We work with our clients to restore their properties. Our team restores commercial, multifamily, hospitality, educational properties from water damages, floods, fire, smoke, and natural disasters.
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing general administrative duties as they relate to supporting the local Offices.
Responsibilities
The Administrative Assistant's responsibilities include but are not limited to:
First Onsite (and its Companies) participates in E-Verify. We will provide the U.S. Social Security Administration (SSA) and, if necessary, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) with information from each new employer's Form I-9 to confirm work authorization.

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing general administrative duties as they relate to supporting the local Offices.
Responsibilities
The Administrative Assistant's responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answer phones and all other front desk duties
- New lead intake and creation of lead sheet
- Create new jobs in Microsoft Teams
- Create file folders
- Assist with invoicing and T&M billing
- Ordering of office supplies
- Interface with external clients and internal team
- Coordinate pick up and deliveries of Fed-ex/UPS
- Assist with onboarding of new subcontractors
- Assist GM, BD, PD, and PM roles
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- An ability to work autonomously
- An ability to work with teams, locally and remotely
- Notary preferred or willing to obtain notary within the first year
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years customer service experience
- Able to answer multi-line phone calls
- Travel will be less than 10%
- Largely sedentary role with extended periods of computer usage
- Ability to stoop, bend or stand as necessary
