Your responsibilities will encompass setting timelines, resource allocation, and cost management to ensure the successful execution of projects. As the Director of IT, you will be instrumental in identifying areas for improvement, integrating technologies from acquisitions, and establishing strong relationships with external partners and suppliers. Additionally, you will champion best practices and technology standards, contribute to departmental budgeting, and oversee a portfolio of projects from inception to completion, ensuring transparency to stakeholders and timely communication of project status. Your leadership will be instrumental in managing, coaching, and developing your team, identifying key performers and areas for improvement, and proactively addressing retention risks to drive the continued success of First Onsite.

Education And Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent work experience
- Eight or more years' of experience in a technology organization, with successful experience in a leadership role supporting a medium to large company or transferrable experience
- Demonstrated leadership in previous roles, with successful development and advancement of team members
- Experience working with business and technology leaders to identify and implement support models that benefit the organization
- Experience managing technology projects to completion within time and budget while delivering stakeholder satisfaction
