This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Director located in Tempe, AZ. The Project Director will oversee and manage disaster restoration and property reconstruction projects from initiation to completion. Responsibilities include developing project plans, managing budgets, coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and leading project teams. The role requires hands-on problem-solving and decision-making to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget.
