As a Senior BI Analyst, you will analyze data from multiple sources to uncover business opportunities, craft insightful reports and dashboards, and present findings that guide decision-making. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify ways to improve processes and optimize performance. In this role, you'll also have the opportunity to lead and mentor a team of analysts, sharing your expertise in data analysis techniques and tools.
We're looking for a professional with strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI, and a solid understanding of business operations. Your ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights and communicate them effectively will be key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Optimize profits and create downstream value
- Enforce data governance standards, identify process improvements, and lead cross-functional initiatives
- Architect and implement enterprise-scale BI solutions, including multi-environment deployment strategies
- Develop reusable frameworks, architectural documentation, disaster recovery procedures, and testing strategies
- Automate testing processes, establish quality metrics, and manage design reviews and training programs
- Lead BI and Data Quality Initiatives to align datasets with business goals
- Expertise in enterprise BI architecture, especially Power BI, including performance optimization and security architecture (e.g., row-level security)
- Proficient in managing cloud resources, developing frameworks, and creating technical standards
- Minimum of seven years of experience in BI development
- Experience in enterprise architecture
- Bachelor's degree required
- Advanced certification in Power BI
- Advanced certification in Databricks
- Certification in cloud architecture
- Master's degree preferred
