Job Opportunity: Overnight Cleaning Crew - Saint Clair Bowling Alley

Location: Saint Clair Bowling Alley, Fairview Heights, Illinois

Position: Cleaning Crew Member (2 Openings)

Schedule:

• Days: Tuesday through Saturday

• Off Days: Sunday and Monday

• Shift Start Times:

• Tuesday–Thursday: 12:00 AM

• Friday–Saturday: 1:00 AM

Pay: $16/hour

Job Description:

Saint Clair Bowling Alley is seeking two dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our overnight cleaning crew. The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Floor Maintenance: Sweep, mop, and vacuum all areas, including bowling lanes, walkways, and high-traffic zones.

• Restroom Cleaning: Sanitize toilets, sinks, and counters; restock supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.

• Trash Removal: Empty trash cans throughout the facility and ensure proper disposal of waste in designated areas.

• Glass and Surface Cleaning: Wipe down glass doors, windows, and other surfaces to remove fingerprints, smudges, and dirt.

• Dusting: Dust furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces, including hard-to-reach areas.

• Kitchen and Bar Areas: Clean counters, floors, and other surfaces in kitchen and bar zones. Sanitize tables and chairs after use.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Prior cleaning experience is a plus but not required—training will be provided.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning protocols.

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

• Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move cleaning equipment throughout the shift.

• Reliable transportation to and from the job site.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
