First Orion is hiring: Fixed-Term Contract Graphic Designer in North Little Rock

First Orion is looking for an experienced fixed-term contract Graphic Designer that will take our creative brand identity forward! Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Graphic Designer will be at the center of creating on-strategy ideas and bringing them to life, visually. You will be asked to connect the dots and take conceptual ideas and create visual representations, in both traditional and digital media. You’ll need to be on top of current design trends and software and skilled in every step of the design process, from concept to the final deliverable. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of branding with the ability to vary style and layouts depending on the project. This is a fixed-term contract position from mid-February to June 2025. The expected hours will be 25 to 30 hours per week. While there is flexibility in the specific working hours, the contractor will be expected to be present in the office during business hours to collaborate with the team and utilize on-site resources.

What you’ll be doing :

• Design and develop graphics, illustrations, and video for use in publications, sales presentations, brochures, landing pages, display ads, social media, virtual and in-person booth design, and technical material.
• Create and own First Orion brand visuals.
• Adhere to First Orion’s brand guidelines with a high degree of creativity.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally with key stakeholders to ensure the design and messaging align with brief and consistent with branding guidelines.
• Constantly research new creative trends, materials, technology, and processes.
• Deliver on-trend design and ideas, be innovative and willing to push creative boundaries that stay on brand.
• Own projects from kickoff through completion, incorporating feedback into thoughtful final assets.
