Guaranteed Base Pay AND Team Volume BONUS
This role is ideal for loan officers looking to step away from the hustle of chasing business or professionals with a background in banking, finance, real estate, or mortgages. If you have strong communication and office skills, we’d love to meet you! This is an in-person position only—remote or virtual work will not be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and process loan applications, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan origination process, addressing Client & Agent inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with Lender, Agents, and Escrow to facilitate smooth loan closings.
- Utilize Loan Origination Software and related tools to maintain accurate records and reports.
Qualifications:
- NMLS
- Focus on sales results with determination to convert leads and prospects into closed clients.
- Excellent internal and external communication
- Outgoing and positive attitude
- Ability to self-motivate toward results.
- Persistence in overcoming objections
- The ability to maximize time effectively to facilitate a large volume of talk time and emailing potential clients.
- Strong ability to work as a team.
Compensation:
- BASE Wage Starting at $37,440 annually PLUS Team Volume Bonus
- 13 Paid Holidays
