FPCC is seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Representative who is energetic, patient, and a natural problem solver.

Qualifications
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Greeting and assisting all visitors, clients of the clinic
- Providing friendly, thorough customer service.
- Intake of patient documents and entering into the Electronic Health Record.
- Answering, logging, and transferring calls.
- Taking detailed messages and notes and providing them to the appropriate parties
- Triaging in busy clinic times.
- Communication follow up with all departments.
- Scheduling appointments
- Confirming appointments
- Verifying health insurance
- Practicing privacy with patient health information in accordance with HIPAA law regulations.
- Processing patient requests
- Cash handling and balancing at end of day.
- Daily cleaning duties
- Organize the front office.
- Computer operations including electronic medical record system, Microsoft office programs and online resources.
Our ideal candidate would have experience working in a clinical or community health setting, but it is not required. WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO START AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. A strong work ethic, flexibility, and ability to work within a team is a must. Bilingual in Spanish or other language preferred.
