Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring all processes run efficiently and meet company standards.
- Manage logistics related to the transportation and delivery of home appliance-type equipment using trucks, trailers, and box trucks.
- Lead and support a team of service technicians and delivery personnel, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt, reliable service and effective communication.
- Coordinate maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of appliance-type and other mechanical equipment.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize resources and improve service efficiency.
- Train staff on equipment assembly, operation, and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in operations management, logistics, or a similar role.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in home appliance-type equipment preferred.
- Familiarity with logistics management, including delivery driver responsibilities and fleet coordination.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction and problem resolution.
- Ability to perform equipment repairs and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Experience in equipment assembly and reading schematics is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership abilities, with experience managing and motivating teams.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
