Production Lead

We are seeking a team of workers to meet production targets efficiently and safely, while maintaining quality standards.

• Reviewing the manufacturing process and ensuring team members follow guidelines and quality standards.
• Coordinating activities in the production department, including operating machines, processing, packaging, and sorting.
• Distributing tasks to all production workers accordingly.
• Supervising production workers and ensuring efficient operation of the production department.
• Coordinating and overseeing daily production activities, meeting goals, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Shift:

• The shift for this position is a 2nd shift 1pm-9:30pm Monday -Friday.
• Training will be provided during the 1st shift for 1-2 weeks from 5am-1:30pm.
• Shift is set at 40 hours per week overtime as needed.

Requirements:

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Must have prior lead/ supervisor experience of at least 1 year.
• Must be able to communicate with production team and team leads as needed.
• Must have machine shop experience of at least 1 year.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.25 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed
