What are the responsibilities and job description for the Water Damage Restoration Technician position at First Point Construction LLC?

Hiring Immediately an IICRC Certified Water Tech.
Job Duties to include but not limited to: Extracting water in homes/businesses after water damage occurs using truck mounted units, Perform water tests. Manual labor such as setting up containment/drying chamber, removing wet carpet/pad, drywall, setting drying equipment/air movers, use HEPA vacuum, clean up, shampooing carpets, use power washer. Monday - Friday Plus weekends when on call & when we have a lot of extra jobs coming in - Over time based on work load.
We are a construction company that takes pride in our work and we are seeking an individual that takes pride in theirs as well. We do a lot of residential warranty work for some great companies. Weekly paycheck based on hourly rate.
We are seeking someone that can work alone or with a crew to complete tasks given in a timely and efficient manner while providing a great experience for our customers and is able to represent our company in a professional manner.

- Must have a valid driver's license (Prefer someone Insurable)
- Must pass a drug screen and a background check
- Must be punctual and dependable
- Must be able to lift, carry and place heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
- Must be customer oriented and able to keep work areas clean
- Must be able to demonstrate the ability to work well with others
- Must have weekend availability
