Job Title: Integration Engineer
Travel: 80% required
Location: Indianapolis | Phoenix | Iowa
Position Overview: Responsible for supervising the construction and integration of small cell sites, including troubleshooting hardware/software systems. Key duties involve managing the installation of 4G and 5G antenna components, radio components, RF cabling, AC/DC wiring, and fiber optics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise installation of 4G/5G antennas, RF fiber, and power cables.
- Troubleshoot RF and fiber optic cables/connections.
- Oversee installation of radio cabinets and telecom equipment.
- Read and interpret engineering work plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations (OSHA).
- Perform Supplier Manager activities, including crew capacity and rollout schedules.
- Validate technical site surveys and equipment repair.
- Conduct quality verification during implementation.
- Install, maintain, and repair telecommunications equipment.
- Microwave installation, commissioning, and alignment.
- Interpret blueprints and specifications for proper equipment installation.
Required Qualifications:
- Located in Indianapolis or surrounding areas.
- Willingness to travel up to 80%.
- 2 years in network rollout and wireless industry.
- Valid Driver’s License.
Additional Requirements:
- Experience in UMTS, LTE, WCDMA, CDMA, and GSM.
- Electrical training with telecommunications experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and flexibility in working hours.
- Understanding of various network topologies and transmission infrastructure.
