What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Human Resources Director position at First Point Group?
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at First Point Group.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing benefits and payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. They will also assist with payroll and benefits, perform monthly and bi-weekly benefit audits, and manage 401(k) compliance.
In addition, the HR Manager will develop and maintain benefit enrollments for employees, update and maintain the US employee database, and create reports regarding headcount, compensation, benefits, and HR metrics.
They will also ensure compliance with Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification and E-Verify, and periodically perform audits on Form I-9.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or minimum 3-5 years of related Human Resource experience in a corporate environment. They must have experience in manufacturing, flexibility to manage multiple projects, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
The work environment will be general office, with periodic exposure to manufacturing environments. The physical demands include frequent sitting, repetitive hand and arm movements, and occasional standing, walking, bending, and stooping.
