The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading technical teams, delivering complex projects, and possessing a deep understanding of both API integration and Pega platform capabilities. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and driving the success of our software initiatives.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Leadership and Team Management : Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Project Oversight : Ensure timely delivery of projects, meeting all quality and performance standards.
- API Development : Design, develop, and maintain robust APIs to support various business functions and integrations.
- Pega Implementation : Leverage Pega platform to design and implement business process management (BPM) solutions.
- Technical Guidance : Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
- Stakeholder Communication : Act as a liaison between the technical team and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements.
