About the Role
Provides administrative support to Investment representatives by performing a variety of duties in support of department functions.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Assist customers and bank employees in person and via phone.
Receive, open, sort and route incoming and outgoing mail.
Receive incoming phone calls by providing information, taking messages, screening requests or referring calls to appropriate people.
Send and receive faxes; notify parties of intention to fax and confirms receipt of fax.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, conferences, special events, and travel arrangements as needed.
- Make outbound customer service calls and schedule meetings with customers.

Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies, forms and other materials, initiate ordering process as necessary.
- Copy and collate materials for use in reports and presentations and/or distribution to specified parties.
- Assist advisors with processing and submission of documents.

Ensure thorough and accurate completion of documents.
- Utilize software to format and generate various materials including correspondence and memos.
Maintain customer and prospect CRM.
- Scan & electronically file documents.
- Consults with Personal Bankers on First PREMIER Bank IRA’s and make recommendations.

Research/verify information for various investments via phone.
Skills and Qualifications
Combination of education/experience that enables incumbent to meet essential functions and required competencies of the position.
Advanced customer service skills.
Must have SD Insurance license, or the ability to obtain them within a reasonable period of time.
Must possess and demonstrate advanced PC skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
Proficiency of the English language.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to concentrate and work independently.
Attention to detail and analytical and problem-solving skills.
Capacity to learn, adapt to change, and become proficient quickly.
Ability to handle stress and exercise self-control.
Adhere to company policies and procedures; and uphold the PREMIER Way.
